Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development professional to help expand our business presence, partnerships, and revenue streams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, building strategic relationships, and supporting market expansion initiatives in the fintech and trading ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new business partners, affiliates, IBs, and strategic collaborators
- Drive user acquisition through partnerships, referrals, and outreach initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
- Assist in planning and executing go-to-market and expansion strategies
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams for campaigns and launches
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and partnerships using CRM or internal tools
- Prepare basic reports on business performance, partnerships, and growth metrics
- Support negotiations, onboarding processes, and partner enablement
- Represent the company in calls, meetings, and occasional events/webinars
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in fintech, trading, financial services, SaaS, or digital platforms is a strong plus
- Good understanding of online business models, partnerships, and growth funnels
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fast-paced environments
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and basic reporting
- Knowledge of trading, forex, CFDs, crypto, or financial markets is an added advantage
