Account Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations in a jewellery showroom. The candidate will support financial processes, ensure accurate record keeping, and maintain compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries including sales and purchase
• Maintain cash book, ledger, and journal entries
• Assist in billing and invoice verification
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor transactions
• Support GST filing and maintain tax records
• Track accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in inventory and stock reconciliation
• Prepare basic MIS and financial reports
• Maintain proper documentation and records
• Support senior accounts team and auditors when required
