Job Description:

Senior Accountant- Postgraduate (Accounting/Finance Background)

• Process and post routine accounting entries (AP/AR, GL, bank, cash).

• Perform bank reconciliations, ledger clean-ups, and basic treasury documentation support.

• Assist in preparing monthly schedules, reconciliations, and MIS inputs.

• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities under supervision.

• Assist in basic tax compliance support (TDS/GST data compilation, invoice verification).

• Support audit preparations (statutory/internal) by organizing vouchers, ledgers, and working papers.

• Maintain audit trails, file supporting documents, and ensure data accuracy in Oracle.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for invoice/expense queries and payment follow-ups.

• Work primarily on Oracle Financials; follow standard operating procedures and controls.

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience

• M.Com/MBA (Finance)/B.Com (Hons) or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Accounting/Finance.

• 2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience (preferably in financial services/NBFC/AMC/wealth management).

• Strong command of accounting basics, reconciliations, and Excel.

• Exposure to Oracle Financials is a strong plus.

• Candidates with prior corporate experience will be preferred.
