Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role located in the Pune Division. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle, preparing proposals, conducting site surveys, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused energy-saving solutions. The individual will also stay updated on market trends and engage with architects, energy auditors, and consultants to drive partnerships within the HVAC industry.

Qualifications

  • Sales and client relationship management skills, including experience with prospecting, and account management
  • Ability to develop and present compelling proposals, negotiate deals.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in interpreting data and creating actionable insights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse clients and partners
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Master's degree in business, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience of atleast 2 years is preferable.
