The noon ecosystem of services now marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we're six years in, but only 5% done. noon's mission: Ring every doorbell, every day.

Role Overview:

The Account Executive - Operations will be responsible for managing advertiser relationships, planning campaigns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns. This role acts as the bridge between clients and the Ad Operations team, ensuring campaign objectives are translated into effective media plans and delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for advertisers and internal stakeholders.

Develop media plans based on campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines.

Coordinate with the Ad Operations team to ensure campaigns are launched and managed within SLA timelines.

Monitor campaign performance and ensure timely optimization and issue resolution.

Maintain accurate campaign documentation, approvals, and communication threads.

Prepare and share campaign performance reports and insights with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

2 years of experience in digital advertising, media planning, or account management.

Strong understanding of campaign lifecycle and digital ad formats.

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
