Job Description

As Our Account Director you will be responsible for leading client relationships, driving strategic marketing initiatives, and ensuring successful campaign delivery. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, overseeing everything from understanding client briefs to executing impactful campaigns. The role also involves leading pitch processes, creating compelling presentations (PowerPoint decks), and identifying growth opportunities to expand accounts. Overall, they ensure client satisfaction, business growth, and high-quality execution across all marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities-

1) Client Relationship Leadership

Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and growth.

2) Strategic Planning & Campaign Oversight

Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies aligned with client objectives, and oversee execution across digital, social, content, and media.

3) Pitch Development & New Business Growth

Drive end-to-end pitch processes from understanding client briefs to crafting compelling narratives, strategies, and ideas that win new business.

4) Presentation & Deck Creation (PowerPoint/Keynote)

Oversee and contribute to high-quality client presentations, ensuring storytelling, design, and data are effectively translated into impactful PowerPoint decks.

5) Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination

Manage and mentor account managers, while collaborating with creative, media, and performance teams to deliver seamless campaigns.

6) Client Briefing & Internal Alignment

Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs, ensuring all teams are aligned on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

7) Campaign Performance & Reporting

Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and present actionable insights and optimization strategies to clients.

8) Revenue Growth & Account Expansion

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth and maximize account potential.

9) Budget & Resource Management

Oversee account budgets, ensure profitability, and allocate resources efficiently across projects.

10) Market & Industry Insight

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to clients
