Account Director-Client Servicing

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day relationships with key clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Lead client strategy, campaign briefs, annual plans, and integrated marketing initiatives.
• Identify business development opportunities within existing accounts and new sectors.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Design, Performance, and Production teams for flawless execution.
• Ensure timely execution, quality control, and project profitability.
• Present ideas, campaign recommendations, and decks to clients with confidence.
• Mentor junior account managers and strengthen client servicing processes.
• Monitor account growth and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
