Job Title: Account Director Integrated Facility Management

About the Role
Compass Group India is looking for an experienced Account Director Integrated Facility Management (IFM) to lead service delivery for a key client account operations Pan India. The role will be responsible for overall account management, operational excellence, financial performance, and strategic client engagement while ensuring high-quality facility services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Integrated Facility Management services at the client site.
- Act as the primary relationship owner for senior client stakeholders and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Manage soft services (housekeeping, security, front office, pest control) and hard services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety systems).
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and operational standards.
- Drive operational efficiency, service innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Own and manage the P&L of the account, ensuring financial performance and cost optimization.
- Lead and develop large cross-functional operational teams across the account.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and EHS requirements.
Key Requirements
- 14plus years of experience in Integrated Facility Management / Workplace Services / Hospitality Services.
- Proven experience managing large enterprise client accounts.
- Strong P&L management and commercial acumen.
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead large operational teams and multi-service delivery models.
Preferred Background
Candidates from leading IFM organizations will be preferred.
