What You'll Do
- Act as the primary client partner, offering strategic counsel aligned with business objectives
- Develop and lead integrated PR strategies that are creative, data-driven, and audience-focused
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and outcomes
- Build and nurture strong media, influencer, and industry relationships to secure meaningful coverage
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of PR professionals, fostering collaboration and growth
- Deliver clear, insight-led client reports highlighting impact, ROI, and optimization opportunities
- Manage account budgets and resources efficiently
- Support new business development, including pitches and strategic inputs
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices, bringing innovation into campaigns
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Associate Account Director / Account Director (agency
- experience preferred)
- Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute successful PR strategies
- Deep expertise in media relations with a strong journalist network
- Experience managing budgets, teams, and multiple accounts
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
