Your Impact:
As an Account Development Executive (Outbound), you will engage with leads generated through various marketing channels and play a key role in qualifying, nurturing, and converting them into sales opportunities. You'll collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead management processes and ensure a world-class prospect experience. This role is central to building and strengthening the India Center of Excellence (CoE) team.
What the role offers:
Qualify and manage outbound leads across assigned global regions. Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs and consistent follow-up. Maintain accurate records and ensure high CRM hygiene. Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including lead conversion rate, speed-to-call, and lead nurturing effectiveness.
