Account Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Deputy Manager with comprehensive knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GST and TDS returns, proficiency in ERP systems, and a strong background in managing financial statements and tax audits. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance, managing supplier and customer relationships, and supporting the financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Taxation & Compliance:
• Prepare details for and file returns for GSTR-1, 3B, 4, 9, and 9C.
• Prepare data for GST audits and respond to notices.
• Handle TDS/TCS and file relevant returns.
• Manage and file EPF and ESI payments.
• Accounting & Operations:
• Use ERP systems to enter supplier invoices, bank vouchers, and cash vouchers.
• Perform bank reconciliations and process bank payments.
• Assist with debtors payment follow-up.
• Handle queries and reconciliations with suppliers and customers.
• Financial Management:
• Gain experience in working on financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements.
• Assist with Tax Audits and Transfer Pricing filings.
• Import/Export & Banking:
• Handle documentation for Import/Export and Letters of Credit (LC).
• Manage the issuance of Bank Guarantees from banks.
