Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Account Delivery Head Director level to lead end-to end delivery for strategic accounts in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) domain, with a strong focus on Data Engineering, Advanced Analytics, and Data Science. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on leader with deep technical knowledge of modern data platforms, proven experience in driving data-driven transformation for CPG clients, and expertise in managing P&L and improving margins across large-scale engagements.

Roles & Responsibilities

Client Leadership: Serve as the senior delivery leader and trusted advisor for CPG clients, ensuring successful execution of engagements that enhance consumer insights, optimize supply chain, and drive revenue growth.

Delivery & Execution: Lead large-scale, multi-year data, AI, and analytics programs across the CPG value chaincovering marketing, sales, supply chain, demand forecasting, trade promotions, and consumer engagement.

Consulting & Advisory: Shape client strategies by aligning advanced analytics and data engineering solutions with CPG priorities such as personalized marketing, dynamic pricing, demand sensing, and trade optimization. Knowledge of retail execution, e-commerce analytics, and omni-channel strategies will be valued.

Innovation & Growth: Identify new opportunities within accounts to leverage AI/ML, predictive modeling, and digital platforms for accelerating CPG transformation and driving account growth.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, compliance, sales, and pre-sales) to ensure seamless onboarding, delivery excellence, and client success.

Margin Management: Drive continuous margin improvement initiatives through resource optimization, pyramid structuring, and pricing strategies.

Two-in-a-Box with Client Partner: Collaborate with client partner(s) to manage relationships, resolve delivery escalations, and jointly drive account growth.

Team Leadership: Build and mentor high-performing delivery teams with strong CPG analytics and data science expertise; foster collaboration and continuous learning to maintain low attrition among top talent.

Market Awareness: Stay updated on CPG trends, consumer behavior shifts, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in analytics, AI, and data platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Minimum 16+ years overall, with at least 7 years in client-facing consulting/delivery leadership roles.

Domain Expertise: Minimum 8+ years delivering analytics, data engineering, or digital transformation solutions for CPG clients (FMCG, retail, food & beverages, personal care, etc.).

Track Record: Proven success in managing global programs, large-scale transformation initiatives, and high-value CPG accounts.

Skills:

o Strong technical knowledge in data science, AI/ML, and modern data platforms (cloud, big data ecosystems).

o Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills.

o Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management; adept at influencing in complex, competitive environments.
