Job Title: Account Coordinator Bench Sales

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Account Coordinator to manage active consultant accounts, handle communication with enrolled candidates, and ensure smooth coordination between recruiters and consultants in a Bench Sales environment. The role requires strong communication, regular follow-ups, and the ability to keep multiple teams aligned.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all active enrolled consultant accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidate queries and ongoing support.
- Provide real-time updates on submissions, interviews, and client feedback.
- Coordinate between recruiters, marketing, compliance, and consultants to maintain smooth workflow.
- Track consultant marketing activity and monitor the interview pipeline.
- Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are completed on time.
- Identify communication gaps and escalate issues when necessary.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in bench sales, recruitment coordination, or account management is preferred.
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accountability.
Salary
Up to 25,000 per month (based on interview performance).
