Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Account Coordinator to manage active consultant accounts, handle communication with enrolled candidates, and ensure smooth coordination between recruiters and consultants in a Bench Sales environment. The role requires strong communication, regular follow-ups, and the ability to keep multiple teams aligned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all active enrolled consultant accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidate queries and ongoing support.
  • Provide real-time updates on submissions, interviews, and client feedback.
  • Coordinate between recruiters, marketing, compliance, and consultants to maintain smooth workflow.
  • Track consultant marketing activity and monitor the interview pipeline.
  • Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are completed on time.
  • Identify communication gaps and escalate issues when necessary.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in bench sales, recruitment coordination, or account management is preferred.
  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accountability.

Salary

Up to 25,000 per month (based on interview performance).
