Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Assistant located in Mumbai. The Account Assistant will be responsible for managing financial operations including credit control, overseeing petty cash transactions, and assisting with general accounting tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities may include financial record-keeping, preparing financial reports, and ensuring proper documentation. Additionally, the role requires maintaining clear communication with the finance team and other departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Credit Control and Petty Cash management
• Proficiency in Accounting and general Finance principles
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams
• Basic knowledge of financial software and tools
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Relevant work experience or education in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Knowledge of Tally Prime
• Excel/ Ms office suite
