Established in 1973, the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) is an independent, private-sector organization that sets financial accounting and reporting standards for public and private companies and not-for-profit organizations that follow Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The FASB is recognized by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and several other organizations for its authoritative standards. The organization develops and issues financial accounting standards through a transparent and inclusive process that promotes useful information for investors and other users of financial reports. The FASB comprises seven full-time board members appointed by the Financial Accounting Foundation (FAF) Board of Trustees.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Assistant, located in Pune. The Account Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing petty cash, controlling credit, and supporting various finance-related duties. The individual will also be required to maintain effective communication with various departments and personnel, aiding in accounting processes and contributing to the financial well-being of the organization.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
