We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Mid-Level NetSuite practitioners to support and enhance the ERP environment across our private equity firm and its portfolio companies. This role requires working hours coverage of 1PM to 10PM IST to support our clients in EU and Americas.
Need hands-on NetSuite experience, strong process understanding, and familiarity with multi-entity financial operations. Much of this role will involve leading NetSuite ERP implementation projects. You will help drive standardization, reporting improvements, and system optimization while supporting both day-to-day administration and project-based initiatives.
What will you do:
- Perform day-to-day NetSuite administration, including roles/permissions, reports, searches, dashboards, and configuration updates
- Analyze and improve Finance, Accounting, Inventory, and Operations workflows within NetSuite
- Support ERP enhancement projects and assist with new module rollouts or integrations
- Collaborate with portfolio companies to ensure consistent processes and data structures
- Assist in the evaluation and onboarding of new acquisitions into the ERP environment
- Maintain data quality through audits, cleanup, and validation processes
- Support month/quarter-end reporting needs by building and maintaining financial reports
- Document system configurations, business processes, and best practices
- Provide user support and training across the PE firm and portfolio companies
- Collaborate with integration partners and internal teams to improve cross-system workflows
Ideally, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 69 years of NetSuite administration or ERP analyst experience
- Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, Inventory)
- Proficiency building saved searches, custom reports, forms, and workflows
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced PE environment with multiple entities
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Experience with multi-entity NetSuite environments
- Exposure to Suite Analytics, simple workflows, or basic scripting concepts
- Deep understanding of multiple end to end business processes (Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing) that lead into to accounting functions
- Experience with integration tools (OIC, MuleSoft, Celigo, Boomi, etc.)
- Experience with other ERP systems (Oracle ERP, Acumatica, SAP B1)
