Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for an Accessories Incharge. The Accessories Incharge will be responsible for managing the inventory, sales, and promotion of vehicle accessories, ensuring timely supply and availability. This includes collaborating with vendors, maintaining records, training sales staff on product features, and improving customer satisfaction through well-curated accessory offerings. The role also requires analyzing market trends and providing regular updates to optimize sales strategies.

• Inventory management and logistics skills to handle and track accessories efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of automotive accessories and sales strategies.
• Customer service and communication skills to build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Analytical skills for market trend analysis and developing promotion strategies.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks, including record-keeping, and basic computer knowledge.
• Leadership skills to manage and train a sales team effectively.
• Experience in automobile dealerships or a related field is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
