Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales of automotive accessories and merchandise.
  • Identify opportunities for product expansion and recommend new offerings to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of accessories into the core product line.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely availability of accessories and merchandise.
  • Track sales performance and create detailed reports to share with senior management.
  • Train and support the sales team to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in the automotive sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accessories & Merchandise Lead should have:

  • A strong background in sales within the automotive industry or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in managing product portfolios, particularly accessories and merchandise.
  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate market trends and sales data.
