Job Title: Accessibility Developer (Frontend)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Frontend Accessibility Developer who has strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript and WCAG guidelines. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and fixing accessibility issues to ensure websites are compliant with accessibility standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fix accessibility issues using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and TypeScript
- Implement WCAG 2.2 and Section 508 guidelines
- Work with audit teams to resolve accessibility violations
- Use screen readers like NVDA, JAWS, or VoiceOver for testing
- Perform keyboard navigation and assistive technology testing
- Debug browser issues using developer tools
- Document accessibility fixes and provide remediation guidance
- Update task status in tools like JIRA
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Typescript, semantic markup, and ARIA
- Good understanding of JavaScript (DOM manipulation & events)
- Familiarity with WCAG guidelines
- Basic experience with screen reader testing
- Good written communication skills
Preferred:
- CPACC or WAS certification
- Experience in web development or QA (2+ years)
