Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in setting up access governance as per information security directives and industry standards
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ 8.x, with emphasis on user access certifications / attestations methods, including communications, scheduling, support and reporting.
  • Customize, configure, and develop IAM solution integration.
  • Ability to understand the business requirements and implement them with minimal customizations to the product.
  • Identify Key control deficiencies and provide roadmap for closures
  • Define and document issues for escalation to engineers
  • Work closely with business to address their incidents and task requests

Mandatory Skills Technical

  • Advanced knowledge and experience in supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ 8.x, with emphasis on user access certifications / attestations methods, including communications, scheduling, support and reporting.
  • Technical skills in running SQL queries for data lookups and reports generation
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Visio and other Add-ins
  • Working knowledge of Visual Basic for tasks automation purposes
  • Experience in supporting IAM in a Cloud environment, including AWS or Azure.
  • Advanced knowledge of other IAM/PAM/MFA tools: SailPoint File Access Manager, CyberArk, Certificate Management Venafi, CyberArk, OKTA, Transmit would be an asset
  • This position requires a strong analytical aptitude with the ability to drive solutions to a positive conclusion
  • Able to work independently with high degree of ambiguity and deliver expected outcomes, be focused on the end deliverables and build trust with internal clients and peers
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Methodical investigative aptitude to identify key control deficiencies and work towards continuous improvement.

Qualification Eligibility

  • BE / B. Tech / MCA from reputed institute
  • 5+ years of relevant experience across Information Security, Software Engineering, and Software Development roles to manage access governance

Preferred Certification

  • CISA(Certified Information Systems Auditor) designation
