Access Admin - Lead Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Access Admin - Lead Engineer to lead and manage access control, identity management, and system security for our enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in access management systems and will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure access processes while actively contributing to technical development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of access control and identity management systems.
• Define and enforce security policies, role-based access controls, and permission management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure access for onshore and offshore teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues across multiple systems and applications.
• Participate in Agile development processes, ensuring secure practices are integrated into workflows.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers on best practices in access management and security.

• Proven experience leading access management and identity management initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise access systems, permission models, and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with security and compliance frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile environments and supporting distributed teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in implementing secure systems.
• Ability to guide and mentor engineering teams on access-related processes and best practices.
