This full-time on-site role, based in Chennai, involves working as an Admissions & Student Success Executive. The primary responsibilities include guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing personalized counseling and support, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Additionally, the role involves managing student progress, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. The Executive will act as a bridge between students, instructors, and administration to maintain high levels of student satisfaction and success.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for counseling and building relationships with students and stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage admissions and enrollment processes efficiently
• Experience in student engagement, monitoring progress, and providing personalized support
• Familiarity with CRM tools, data management, and reporting
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in problem-solving and addressing student concerns or queries
• Understanding of UX/UI education and the design industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or related field preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
