• Playing a key strategic role in the city's leadership, collaborating with stakeholders to elevate the College's profile.

Teaching, Learning, and Assessment

• Securing continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and assessment.

• Supporting staff with performance management and professional development.

• Ensuring that the Board is aware of the effectiveness of teaching, learning, and assessment practices.

Partnerships and Reputation Management

• Developing partnerships that align with the College's objectives and contribute to the city's prosperity.

• Serving as the lead ambassador and principal spokesperson for the College, safeguarding its reputation.

Culture and People

• Providing leadership that inspires and motivates colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes.

• Promoting a culture of success, quality, respect for diversity, and exceptional customer service within the college.

Organisational Effectiveness, Governance, and Compliance

• Serving as the Chief Accounting Officer, ensuring financial stability and effective deployment of resources.

• Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory responsibilities and effective risk management.
