Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for faculty roles across various departments.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier academic talent.
- Use multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and academic conferences.
- Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate further stages with academic heads or department leaders.
- Assist in assessing candidates qualifications, research background, and teaching ability
- Facilitate negotiations regarding compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment
- Ensure a smooth and positive recruitment process for candidates, from application to hire.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates after each stage of the process.
- Build connections with placement cells, particularly that of the Doctorate programs for hiring exceptional fresh PhD candidates.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keen understanding of the differences between various roles and their skills and competencies requirements.
- High level sector specific knowledge
- Employee Branding.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should have Full Time Post Graduation / MBA in Human Resource specialization with a good academic record and 4 to 8 years of relevant experience. Sector specific knowledge is desirable.
