About the Role
TUTRAIN & eQOURSE are hiring an experienced and highly organized Academic Project Coordinator to manage tutor recruitment, onboarding follow-ups, training execution, tutor-student coordination, and project operations.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth interview conduction, content creation, proper tutor-student allocation, ongoing class monitoring, and effective coordination of operational activities. This is a key operations role requiring ownership, strong follow-up skills, and structured execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and manage tutor interviews, evaluate candidates, and ensure timely selection or rejection communication.
- Handle complete training management from start to end, including calling participants, sharing session links, conducting sessions, maintaining records, and issuing training certificates.
- Assign tutors to students based on subject requirements and availability, and continuously monitor ongoing classes to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate effectively with students, teachers, and parents by taking regular feedback, resolving concerns, and maintaining quality and satisfaction standards.
- Coordinate with SMEs(Subject Matter Experts)/tutors for content creation, ensure timely submission of required content, maintain quality standards, and actively communicate and interact with clients regarding content requirements, feedback, updates, approvals, and clarifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Interview, training management, or project coordination.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders (students,parents, tutors, and internal teams).
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders (clients,SME/Tutor for content creation and internal team)
- Organized, responsible, and process-driven approach to work.
Technical Skills
- LMS (Learning Management System) handling
- Online class platform management (Google Classroom/Zoom/Google Meet/Microsoft Teams)
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Filtering & Sorting, Performance Tracking Sheets)
- Google Sheets for live reporting and dashboard management.
- Google Forms (or similar tools) for digital data collection.
- Google Drive and structured file/document management.
- Understanding of online teaching workflow and EdTech operational systems
