Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Academic Program Manager to join our
Operations team in a pivotal role. This position is designed for an individual who is both a master
of educational content and a catalyst for commercial success. Reporting directly to the Head of
Operations, the successful candidate will serve as a key architect of our academic vision, providing
expert direction to our content teams while also acting as a crucial bridge to our business units.
This role is fundamental to ensuring that all our external communications, product narratives,
and customer engagements are deeply rooted in academic integrity and robust educational
principles.
Key Responsibilities
Pedagogical and Content Vision: Provide strategic leadership and pedagogical oversight
for our content development teams. This includes mentoring and guiding content creators
in the design, development, and refinement of all academic materialsincluding
textbooks, assessments, and professional training modulesto ensure they are aligned
with established educational frameworks and surpass industry standards for excellence.
Articulation & Development of Content: Primarily responsible for drafting and structuring
of the content for IT trainings, computer education and IT based Projects implemented by
the organization.
Strategic Commercial Integration: Collaborate directly with our sales and business
development teams as the primary academic subject matter expert. You will empower
them with the knowledge and insights required to persuasively articulate the profound
educational value of our offerings, thereby strengthening our market presence and
enhancing our professional credibility with institutional partners.
Curriculum Innovation and Market Intelligence: Drive the long-term academic strategy
by continuously monitoring global market trends and identifying emerging educational
needs. Your strategic insights will be instrumental in shaping our content pipeline and
influencing the product roadmap to maintain a sustained competitive advantage.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the academic steward in all cross-functional
initiatives. You will work closely with product management, marketing, and sales
leadership to ensure that every company initiative is meticulously designed with academic
rigor and learner-centricity at its core.
Stewardship of Academic Excellence: Establish and implement rigorous quality assurance
protocols to uphold the highest standards for all academic content, ensuring unwavering
consistency, accuracy, and pedagogical excellence across our entire portfolio.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree is a mandatory prerequisite for this
role.
Experience: A minimum of 5-6 years of progressive professional experience within the
education sector, with a demonstrated history of success in academic leadership,
curriculum design, or a closely related field.
Teaching Experience: Previous hands-on experience as a school teacher is a fundamental
requirement.
Domain Expertise: A proven and deep understanding of, and practical experience with,
implementing academic and pedagogical frameworks is a significant advantage
