  • Shape nextgen online degree programs with full academic ownership
  • Lead academic excellence using data, LMS, and AIdriven learning systems

Job Description

  • Own the design, evolution, and regulatory compliance of online degree programs and longduration credentials.
  • Lead the full academic learner journey-from onboarding and engagement to assessments, progression, and completion.
  • Build and implement academicfirst retention levers, assessment models, and facultyengagement frameworks.
  • Ensure academic delivery excellence across partner universities, governing course readiness, assessment integrity, calendars, and SLAs.
  • Provide handson leadership across LMS and learning platforms leverage analytics and AIenabled academic systems to enhance outcomes.
  • Partner with Deans, Registrars, and academic councils to strengthen governance, approvals, and compliance structures.
  • Drive advisory readiness for online degree approvals, including curriculum architecture, delivery models, dashboards, and regulatory filings.
  • Lead senior academic teams, scale operating models, and act as a key execution partner to the CAO

The Successful Applicant

  • 12-18 years of experience in EdTech, OPM, university online programs, or largescale digital learning ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of Indian onlineeducation regulations (UGCDEB) and academic operations.
  • Proven expertise in LMS platforms (Moodle / Canvas / Blackboard or similar), data analytics, and AIenabled academic systems.
  • Experience working closely with university leadership on governance, delivery, assessments, and compliance.
  • Strong leadership experience managing multilevel academic and delivery teams.
