Job Title: Academic Operations & Training Administration Manager

Location : Delhi

Experience : 2 years

Role Objective

TheAcademic Operations & Training Administration Manageris responsible forend-to-end academic operations, training administration, data governance, and documentation controlacross all school partnerships and training initiatives.

This role ensures thatevery school interaction, training activity, lead, document, and media assetis accurately tracked, structured, archived, and alwaysreport-ready. The position serves as theoperational backbone of the academic function, enabling leadership to focus on strategy, partnerships, and industry positioning.

This is ahigh-ownership, execution-focused operations rolethat demands precision, discipline, and consistency. Success in this role is measured strictly byoutput quality, data accuracy, timeliness, and SOP compliance.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Academic Operations & School Administration

  • Schedule and confirm aminimum of three (3) principal-level appointments per day
  • Conduct structured school outreach, follow-ups, and coordination activities
  • Maintain aschool-wise master database, including:
  • Principals
  • School Owners / Management
  • Academic Coordinators
  • Teachers and other key stakeholders
  • Accurately document meeting outcomes, discussion notes, and defined next actions
  • Ensurezero undocumented school interactionsat all times

2. Training Operations & Administration

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of:
  • Webinars
  • In-school workshops
  • Manage all training-related logistics, including:
  • Training calendars and schedules
  • Speaker coordination and confirmations
  • Attendance tracking
  • Training completion confirmations
  • Ensuretraining reports are prepared, finalized, and archived within 24 hours
  • Maintain consolidated and updated trackers for:
  • Trainings conducted
  • Teachers trained
  • Schools covered

3. Academic Data, Leads & CRM Management

  • Maintain and regularly update:
  • Lead databases
  • Prospect engagement status
  • Business opportunity trackers
  • Ensure all data ishandover-ready at any given time
  • Execute clear and structured transfer of:
  • Leads
  • Notes
  • Status updates during transitions or handovers
  • Perform routinedata hygiene and accuracy auditsto prevent inconsistencies

4. Documentation, Drive & Knowledge Management

  • Own and manage theGoogle Drive structure, including:
  • Education articles and industry news
  • School-wise folders
  • Training materials
  • Media assets (photos, videos, press coverage, HT articles, etc.)
  • Ensure:
  • Correct and consistent naming conventions
  • Proper tagging (school name, date, topic)
  • Same-day uploads for all documentation and assets
  • Maintain a centralized and updatedworkshop teacher database

5. Speaker, Partner & Asset Administration

  • Maintain updated and accurate records for all speakers and partners, including:
  • Speaker profiles
  • Bios
  • Signatures
  • Outreach and engagement history
  • Maintain school-wise records of:
  • Workshops conducted
  • Media coverage received
  • Photo and video repositories

6. Reporting, Dashboards & Process Compliance

  • Sharedaily End-of-Day (EOD) reportscovering:
  • Outreach volume
  • Appointments booked
  • Trainings coordinated
  • Data updates completed
  • Prepareweekly operational summariesfor leadership review
  • Proactively flag:
  • Operational risks
  • Delays
  • Gaps or process deviations
  • Ensurestrict compliance with SOPs, timelines, and reporting standards
