Academic Operation Executive

EduSkills is a Non-profit organization dedicated to enabling an Industry 4.0 ready digital workforce in India. Our vision is to bridge the gap between academia and industry by providing world-class curriculum access to faculties and students. We aim to transform teaching methodologies and the ICT-based education system in India by collaborating closely with students, faculties, educational institutions, and Central/State Governments. Our three-pronged approach targets social and business impact through comprehensive efforts in education, employment, and entrepreneurship.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Operation Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Academic Operation Executive will be responsible for coordinating academic operations, ensuring effective implementation of our educational interventions, managing relationships with stakeholders, and organizing events and workshops. Additionally, the role involves tracking and reporting on project progress, developing strategies to improve operational efficiency, and supporting curriculum development and deployment.

• Project Management and Event Planning skills
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of academic curriculum development and deployment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Proficiency in using ICT tools and educational technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or a related field
• Experience in the non-profit or education sector is a plus
