Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Mentor based in Porvorim Goa, India. As an Academic Mentor, you will provide guidance to students in their academic and personal growth, helping them navigate the curriculum and achieve their goals. Responsibilities include teaching academic subjects as needed, offering one-on-one mentoring, assisting in skill development, and applying personalised learning strategies. Additionally, you will work closely with educators to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with students
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Expertise in core subjects and proven ability to teach or mentor students in academic subjects
• Background in education or experience in professional training roles
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet different learning styles
• Passion for teaching and commitment to students personal and academic success
• Bachelor's degree in Education, or related fields is preferred
• Experience in mentoring or academic advising is a plus
