Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Mentor/Counselor in Bengaluru. The Academic Mentor/Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, assisting with academic planning, and offering career counseling. Day-to-day tasks include conducting one-on-one mentoring sessions, organizing training programs, and collaborating with educational institutions to enhance student development.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Proficiency in Mathematics and Education
• Experience in Training and Development
• Bachelors degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, educators, and institutions
• Experience in the Edtech sector is a plus
