Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced medical academician to lead our academic content team. As Head Academic Medical Content, you will drive the academic vision, strategy, and execution of all medical learning materials at PW MedEd. Your expertise will directly impact thousands of students preparing for India's toughest medical exams.

Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Innovation

1-Design academic roadmaps across Pre-Clinical, Para-Clinical, and Clinical subjects.

2-Develop content aligned with latest NExT/NEET PG/INICET/FMGE exam patterns.

3-Innovate content formats suited for different learner profiles and platforms.

Leadership & Team Management

1-Build and mentor a high-performing team of medical writers, editors, and reviewers.

2-Establish workflows to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.

Academic Oversight

1-Oversee development of video scripts, MCQs, notes, and assessments.

2-Ensure medical accuracy, clarity, and relevance in all content.

Stakeholder Collaboration

1-Work closely with internal teams (Product, Tech, Faculty, Marketing).

2-Collaborate with SMEs and top medical faculty to maintain academic excellence.

Continuous Improvement

1-Analyze feedback, usage data, and academic performance to continuously refine content.

2-Stay current with curriculum changes, competitive exam trends, and clinical advancements.

Candidate Profile Qualifications

1-MBBS (Mandatory) from a reputed institution

2-MD/MS or equivalent PG degree (Preferred)

3-Strong academic background in NEET PG, INICET, or FMGE

Experience

1-45 years in medical education, content development, or clinical academia

2-Minimum 2 years in a medical ed-tech or academic publishing setup (Mandatory)

3-Proven experience in curating MCQs, notes, assessments, and digital content.

Skills & Attributes

1-Deep understanding of clinical and theoretical medical concepts

2-Excellent command of written and verbal English

3-Proficient with digital tools and learning platforms

4-Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills

6-(Bonus) Published academic papers or experience in academic publishing.
