Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Academic Manager. The Academic Manager will oversee educational programs and curriculum design to ensure alignment with national standards and institutional goals. Responsibilities include developing innovative learning solutions, monitoring the implementation of educational strategies, analyzing program data, and collaborating with educators to enhance teaching quality. The role requires maintaining effective communication channels and ensuring academic excellence through effective leadership and strategic planning.

- Proven expertise in Educational Management and Education frameworks for early learning.
- Experience in Curriculum Development and designing age-appropriate, research-based learning solutions.
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with educational teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills to evaluate educational programs and implement improvements based on data insights.
- Proficiency in managing multiple academic projects efficiently and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with national guidelines such as NEP, NCP, and ECCE is advantageous.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field is required.
