Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Curriculum-Academic Manager. The Curriculum-Academic Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and refinement of innovative curriculum solutions for pre-primary education. Responsibilities include managing curriculum projects, collaborating with educators and designers, analyzing and aligning content with national standards, and providing academic guidance to ensure quality and effectiveness. The role requires a proactive approach to staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education to deliver exceptional learning materials.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Educational Management and a strong understanding of leadership in academic operations
  • Expertise in Curriculum Development, particularly in the context of pre-primary education
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
  • Proven Analytical Skills for evaluating curriculum effectiveness and aligning it with educational standards
  • Educational background and professional expertise in early childhood learning or related areas
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • A passion for transforming and innovating pre-primary education
  • Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field is preferred
