Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Academic Manager at India LEARN. The Academic Manager will oversee the design and development of innovative curriculum content, collaborate with educators to ensure alignment with national standards, and manage educational programs. Responsibilities include analyzing educational trends, improving instructional materials, and providing support to stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the curriculum.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Educational Management and experience in overseeing academic programs
- Strong expertise in Curriculum Development and understanding of pedagogical standards
- Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written, to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate education trends and improve instructional content
- Solid foundation in Education, with experience or knowledge in pre-primary learning frameworks
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines efficiently
- Postgraduate degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in early childhood education or familiarity with educational standards like NEP, NCP, or ECCE is an advantage
