Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Head located in Bengaluru. The Associate Academic Director will be responsible for developing and overseeing curriculum standards, conducting educational research, managing and mentoring teachers, and leading training programs. The role involves collaborating with staff to ensure the highest quality of education is delivered to students.

Qualifications

• Experience in Curriculum Development and Education
• Skills in conducting Research and Teaching
• Ability to provide effective Training and mentoring for teachers
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment
• Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in CBSE curriculum is a plus
