Salary
Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents about courses, career paths, and learning programmes.
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp, and leads generated by marketing
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrolments.
- Maintain CRM and update student interaction records
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
- Sales mindset with student-first approach
- Basic knowledge of Ed-Tech / education industry (preferred)
- Freshers with good communication are welcome
For Experienced Candidates (Additional):
- Prior experience in Ed-Tech / Education counselling
- Proven record of lead conversion and target achievement
- Familiarity with CRM tools
