Job Description

Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Mankavu, Kozhikode

Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent | Also open to Freshers

Xylem Learning is expanding its counseling and sales team and is looking for enthusiastic, results-focused Student Counselors. In this role, you will play a critical part in the company's growth by guiding prospective students and parents toward informed academic decisions, effectively promoting Xylem's educational programs, and driving enrollments.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a background in academic advising, consultative sales, or the education sector who are driven by the dual goals of helping learners succeed and achieving ambitious business targets.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective students and parents via structured outbound and inbound calls utilizing the provided lead database.
  • Personalized Guidance: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand each student's academic goals, challenges, and aspirations, and then recommend the most suitable Xylem Learning programs.
  • Program Advocacy: Confidently and persuasively present and promote Xylem Learning's diverse course offerings.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships through personalized counseling, consistent support, and regular follow-ups.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, follow-ups, and enrollments within the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the academic, marketing, and operations teams to stay informed about new programs, offers, and initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Provide valuable feedback to leadership to enhance lead quality, conversion strategies, and the overall student experience.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: 02 years of relevant experience in academic counseling, student advisory, or sales (prior experience in the education sector is a distinct advantage).
  • Performance: Proven track record or strong capacity to meet or surpass sales/enrollment targets.

  • Language:Proficiency in Malayalam is preferred; good English communication skills are desirable.
