This is a full-time on-site role based in Kozhikode for the position of Academic Counselor. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing one-on-one student counseling, assessing students academic and career interests, and offering tailored advice. The role involves guiding students in identifying appropriate courses and career paths, facilitating informed decision-making, and supporting them throughout the admissions process. The counselor will also collaborate with institutions and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for students.

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students effectively in their academic and professional paths
• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and explain information clearly
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education to provide expert advice on academic programs and admissions
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of higher education systems and career development trends
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a relevant field; a Master's degree is advantageous
