Academic counselor (US shift)

Role Overview

As an Academic Counselor, you will engage with parents, understand student learning needs, and drive enrollments by effectively communicating BrightCHAMPS curriculum and value proposition.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective parents via calls, WhatsApp, SMS & emails

Counsel parents on course offerings and learning outcomes

Build strong relationships with new and existing clients

Maintain accurate client data in CRM

Conduct live video counseling sessions with parents

Achieve and exceed weekly sales targets

Collaborate with internal teams to drive growth initiatives

What Makes You a Great Fit

Bachelor's or Master's degree (any discipline)

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Strong presentation & persuasion abilities

Result-driven mindset with hunger for targets

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
