Job Summary
The Admission Counsellor at Unacademy is responsible for guiding students and parents about Unacademy's courses, helping them choose the right programs, and converting inquiries into enrollments. The role involves counselling, follow-ups, and maintaining strong relationships with students.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about Unacademy courses (online/offline)
Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads
Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
Explain course details, fee structure, offers, and admission process
Follow up with prospective students to ensure enrollment
Maintain accurate student data and records in CRM systems
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Coordinate with academic and operations teams
Participate in marketing events, seminars, and career guidance sessions
Provide post-admission support to students when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline (Education/Management preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and counselling abilities
Customer-oriented and target-driven mindset
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience
Fresher or 13 years of experience in education sales, counselling, or admissions preferred
Additional Requirements
Willingness to work flexible hours during admission seasons
Positive attitude and professional behavior
Local language proficiency (Hindi) preferred
