Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Academic Counselor. The Academic Counselor will guide students through their academic and career journey, providing personalized advice and solutions tailored to their professional goals. This includes conducting student counseling sessions, offering career counseling, assisting with academic planning, and ensuring students understand and achieve the qualifications needed for their chosen career paths. The role also involves maintaining consistent communication with students and collaborating with internal teams to create a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication skills and proficiency in interpersonal interactions
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education-related guidance , expeirnce in counsellIng CPA CMA EA and ACCA qualifications
• Ability to build lasting professional relationships with students
• Proven organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in educational or certification training environments is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
