Academic Counselor

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangalore for an Academic Counsellor. The Academic counsellor will support students by providing guidance in academic planning, career counseling, and educational support. Responsibilities include conducting student assessments, offering advice on course selection, assisting with career exploration, and acting as a liaison between students and academic departments. The counsellor will also ensure students are on track to achieve their academic and career goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Academic Counselling and Education
• Ability to build rapport with students and understand their needs
• Familiarity with educational systems and career planning tools
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Previous experience in academic or career counselling roles is a plus
