Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor, located in Bengaluru. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for understanding and addressing student needs through effective counseling, guiding students toward academic and career success, and helping them navigate educational opportunities. This role includes planning and advising students on academic paths, providing clarity on career goals, and ensuring effective communication with students and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students effectively
• Strong Communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and educational staff
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education-related responsibilities
• Ability to build positive relationships and maintain a professional, empathetic approach
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Familiarity with educational and career guidance tools is advantageous
• Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus
