- REQUIRED Academic Counsellor (Inside Sales)
- Roles and Responsibilities*
- Conduct tele-counselling sessions with prospects and get them enrolled in the executive courses.
- Understand each candidates profile, professional background, and career aspirations to provide personalized course recommendations.
- Present program features, benefits, and unique advantages in a persuasive and consultative manner.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments by following a structured sales and follow-up process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and messaging to ensure timely closure of sales
- Desired Candidate Profile*
Strong communication skills with fluency in English. (Must Have)
Ability to build rapport and address participant needs effectively.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of executive education programs and corporate training is an added advantage.
