Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor (Sales) located in Bengaluru. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for identifying and understanding student needs, providing personalized guidance, and assisting with subject and career-related inquiries. Daily responsibilities include counseling students and parents, guiding them through academic and career choices, and coordinating with educational institutions. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with students and other stakeholders to meet their educational and career goals while achieving organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication skills and professional interaction capabilities
• Experience in Academic Advising and understanding educational frameworks
• Knowledge and interest in the field of Education
• Ability to build trust with students and provide tailored guidance based on their aspirations
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in academic counseling or relevant fields is an advantage
• Proficient in using technology and tools for remote counseling, if required
