Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Counsellor based in Delhi. The Senior Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance to potential students regarding course offerings and career paths, assisting with enrollments, and maintaining ongoing communication to support their progress. The role also includes following up with inquiries, maintaining student records, and actively contributing to the development of student engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to provide career counseling and guide students effectively
• Sales acumen and ability to meet enrollment targets
• Proficiency in using office tools and software for maintaining accurate records
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and maintain a positive work environment
• Previous experience in counseling or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in psychology, education, or a related field
