Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and recommend tailored learning solutions
Counsel prospective learners and guide them in selecting the most relevant programs
Act as the primary point of contact for enrolled participants, assisting them through the course duration
Track and manage leads effectively using CRM tools
Nurture ongoing relationships with participants to enhance their experience and encourage referrals
Collaborate with senior team members to identify challenges and explore growth opportunities
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for individuals who combine a passion for helping others with STRONG communication and sales acumen.
Must-Have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and persuasion skills
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with CRM systems
Confidence in engaging with clients and building trust
Candidates must reside in India
Preferred:
Prior experience in direct or hardcore sales (e.g., credit card sales, field sales)
