Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Academic Counselors. In this role, you will guide prospective students in choosing the right career programs in emerging tech domains such as Data Science, Cybersecurity, and Generative AI. You will interact with interested candidates, understand their career goals, and help them enroll in programs that support their professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students and provide guidance on available programs.

- Understand candidate career goals and recommend suitable courses.

- Explain program features, benefits, and career outcomes.

- Maintain strong communication and build rapport with candidates.

- Follow up with interested candidates and assist them throughout the enrollment process.

- Maintain accurate records of student interactions.

Requirements:

- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).

- Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities.

- Confidence in speaking with international candidates.

- Basic understanding of technology or willingness to learn about tech career programs.

- Ability to work in a night shift (US process) environment.
